Drums
1969 Ludwig Super Classics, Sky Blue Pearl, all original shells & hardware, refurbished personally
- I got this kit when I was nine years old.  It's the same kit pictured on my home page, but now mine really
has that great, flat 60's sound.  A few years ago I pulled them out of storage and took them apart, cleaned
them up, had a little extra work done by the Drum Doctors, and voila!  They record like gangbusters.
200? Pacific basic kit (Drum Workshop's second-line brand)
- Classic story.  I needed a "B" kit for a specific gig, and found a dad near me who was selling a kit on eBay.
He had purchased them for his son, who didn't stick with it and told dad to get rid of them only six months
after he bought them new.  Came with all hardware, plus additional stands and cymbals.  I'm embarassed
to say how little I paid for this awesome sounding kit.
198? Simmons pad kit
- $50 bucks from a co-worker for the whole magilla.  I'll use them someday...

Cymbals
Zildjian's for the Super Classics, mixed bag for the B kit.  I'm a firm believer in playing cymbals until they
can't be played anymore.  I still have the original 20" ride cymbal for the '69s, and use it when tracking.

Hardware
DW, Sonor and a whole bunch of different kick pedals.

Sticks
Vic Firth 7A, nylon tipped.

Electronics
Boss effects pads, very old school, just like my Simmons pad kit.

Percussion
If it makes a noise, it can be used...but when I'm flush, it's LP all the way.

Keyboards
M-Audio ES-88 controller.  I had the full size version, but it was simply too much.  I use the slimmer
version, and I'm very pleased with it.  I have a 49-key version as well; that's what I started with.

Microphones
Shure SM-58 for vocals, and a mix of Audix and other mics for the tubs

Recordings
Garage Band / iMac for the tunes, and a Samson 12-channel pre-mixer directly into a Sony CD burner
for the kits.  For live gigs I run stereo lines out of the Samson.

Miscellaneous
Old, beat-up Hohner blues harp: you can't beat the real old-school quality
